Make your forms look professional by choosing one of InviteRight's many editable themes. You can customize a theme by adding your organization's logo or your own graphics. You can even create your own theme by picking graphics from within InviteRight or by adding your own to match your corporate branding. Share your corporate themes so other organizers can use them within their events.
You can update your theme at any time, even after ticket sales and registration has begun. This is really helpful if you have a new sponsor that you need to recognize by adding their logo.
Use the floor map provided by your hotel, theatre or conference venue and you make the tables, seats or booths "clickable" - it's super fast! Guests can pick their spot, or you place guests after everyone registers. Set the number of seats per table, designate reserved tables, and set pricing categories for each table. For example, allow only VIP sponsors to sit at the best tables near the front.
Charge different prices to members of your group or limit registrations to the members of your group. You can give a standard discount to all members, or collect outstanding membership fees as part of the registration by uploading the fees owed by each member in your group. Alternatively, you can give a discount to each member within your group too. For example, if a member has fundraised, allow them to receive a dialing on their registration.
You can setup limits so a guest can only bring a limited number of guests or register a limited number of times. Limits really help when you have a defined number of tables or seats, and you want to give an equal chance for all your guests to attend.
Add questions that you want to ask guests. And depending on the type of ticket sales or registrations you do, InviteRight will suggest relevant questions that you can add with a click of a mouse. If you don't like our suggestions, you can always add your own questions. Questions can have a price or fee attached to them, or ask questions related to a group. For example, if you have a guest wants to bring 8 people, you can ask a question of the each of the 8 people (tshirt size, allergies, food restrictions, golf handicap).
You can also show or hide questions based on answers your guest provides via display conditions. For example, if you ask if your guests are over 21, and your guest answers yes, you can show an additional question about their favorite alcoholic beverage. Send invoices, accept credit cards and offer onsite payment. Payors can be different from registrants, and one person can pay for a group of registrations. And if guests want an invoice, guests can be automatically reminded to pay. And if guests want to pay and register offline, no problem! Simply enter their information and process the payment for them!

And no more reconciliation nightmares - all your transactions are listed each monthly transfer.

Add taxes to your guests' fees, include VAT, GST, HST, state and provincial taxes. Taxes are calculated are automatically calculated and can be set to meet your local, state/province and country needs. Certain organizations are tax exempt, so InviteRight allows you to track exemption numbers to comply with certain legal requirements.
You can optionally pass on to your guests the InviteRight fees, or separate out a fee that is not included in the regular registration price. It can be a percentage of the total cost or a flat dollar fee. It's a great way to allow you guests to choose to pay online, without negatively impacting your event budget so you can offer ticketing services like larger events, without the large price.
