We group events into categories, to shorten your setup time. This ensures that we do not waste your time asking you questions
that aren't relevent to your event. A birthday party is different from scheduling a meeting, which is different from recruiting
volunteers or managing a conference; and so is the way InviteRight works with you during setup. For example, we won't ask you about
pricing or fees if you are only tracking RSVPs, or scheduling a meeting.

Editable Themes
Make your forms look professional by choosing one of InviteRight's many editable themes. You can customize a theme by adding your organization's logo or your own graphics. You can even create your own theme by picking graphics from within InviteRight or by adding your own to match your corporate branding. Share your corporate themes so other organizers can use them within their events.
You can update your theme at any time, even after ticket sales and registration has begun. This is really helpful if you have a new sponsor that you need to recognize by adding their logo.
Interactive Floor Map
Use the floor map provided by your hotel, theatre or conference venue and
you make the tables, seats or booths "clickable" - it's super fast!
Guests can pick their spot, or you place guests after everyone registers.
Set the number of seats per table, designate reserved tables,
and set pricing categories for each table. For example,
allow only VIP sponsors to sit at the best tables near the front.
Membership List
Charge different prices to members of your group or limit registrations to the members of your group. You can give a standard discount to all members, or collect outstanding membership fees as part of the registration by uploading the fees owed by each member in your group. Alternatively, you can give a discount to each member within your group too. For example, if a member has fundraised, allow them to receive a dialing on their registration.
Limits
You can setup limits so a guest can only bring a limited number of guests or register a limited number of times. Limits really help when you have a defined number of tables or seats, and you want to give an equal chance for all your guests to attend.
Extra Questions
Add questions that you want to ask guests. And depending on the type of ticket sales or registrations you do, InviteRight will suggest
relevant questions that you can add with a click of a mouse. If you don't like our suggestions, you can always add your own questions.
Questions can have a price or fee attached to them, or ask questions related to a group. For example, if you have a guest wants to bring
8 people, you can ask a question of the each of the 8 people (tshirt size, allergies, food restrictions, golf handicap).
Conditional Questions
You can also show or hide questions based on answers your guest provides via display conditions. For example, if you ask if your guests
are over 21, and your guest answers yes, you can show an additional question about their favorite alcoholic beverage. Or if your guest is
bringing a companion, the companion questions will be shown.
Session Management
Space limitations? Have multiple speakers? Offer a complete conference program? Offer multiple dates for the same course? Manage all of these issues using sessions. And sessions are automatically removed when they are full.
Items to Bring and Gifts
You can offer guests the ability to bring a food item to a potluck or bring a gift for a Christmas gift exchange. Allow your guests to pick multiple items or multiple quantities. No two guests will run into bringing the same items.
Invite Guests in Multiple Ways
Use twitter, linkedin or facebook or your favorite social network application. Or tailor and customize the link for example, www.yourorganization.inviterightcom/youreventname.

It's fast, and easy for guest to RSVP, register and buy tickets. Guests click a link in their email invitation, fill out a form and receive an automated confirmation.

Group Registration
Guests can include others on a single registration, and you can capture details like name, email, food choice or t-shirt size for every guest. And if the guest doesn't know the names of their companions, no problem! InviteRight can email reminders to have them fill in the information when they know.
Interactive Floor Map
Guests pick their table from the floor map or you can assign guests to tables with a click of a mouse. It's just like buying an airline ticket online, and picking your seat on the plane.

Confirmation, Reminder and Map
It's important that guests register or RSVP, but you want them to attend too! To help them find you at the right time and boost your attendance, your guests are emailed confirmation
details with a calendar attachment that works with Outlook, Notes, Gmail and other email and calendaring programs. And the map gives them specific directions on how to get to the event,
including parking directions. This is handy when you have people arriving from out of town for graduations, galas or golf tournaments, and its a great way to improve guest service.
Printable Tickets
Guests can print out tickets and bring them to the event, and it's easy for them to buy tickets for a group and print and share them. Each ticket includes your ticketing terms and conditions and a barcode, so you can scan it using your iphone or blackberry - a cost effective barcode reader. Guests can only use the ticket once and your attendance list is automatically updated. Look and act really professional without breaking the bank on rental equipement!
Pricing Categories and Questions
Pricing categories are completely tailorable so you can offer tickets or table sales and speaker or delegate registration - it's up to you! Allow guests to select 1 category per registration, or multiple categories and multiple quantities per category. You can even add questions with a price attached to the answers. It's great for add-on's like a companion program, a limited edition t-shirt or fancy meal choice. To incent your guests to register earlier, offer date sensitive early bird discount pricing.
Send Invoices and Offer Onsite Payments
Send invoices, accept credit cards and offer onsite payment. Payors can be different from registrants, and one person can pay for a group of registrations. And if guests want an invoice, guests can be automatically reminded to pay. And if guests want to pay and register offline, no problem! Simply enter their information and process the payment for them!

Accept Credit Cards
Credit card acceptance is the easiest way to get your funds from your guests. We assign you a unique account and transfer your funds electronically directly to your bank account, or mail you a cheque once a month. It's easy to setup and your organization and event information appear on your guest's credit card statement - or make it unique for every event. And no more reconciliation nightmares - all your transactions are listed each monthly transfer.

Discounts and Promotional Codes
You can also offer promotional codes and discounts, so you can give a discount to a specific group type (eg. offer your students 50% off). You can ensure codes are only used between dates ($50 off until May 31), or offer a certain number of people a discount (the first 50 people receive 20% off). Add your promo codes mid event if needed.
You can also create promotional code links and share them with sponsors to boost sales and track who is promoting you.
Taxes
Add taxes to your guests' fees, include VAT, GST, HST, state and provincial taxes. Taxes are calculated are automatically calculated and can be set to meet your local, state/province and country needs. Certain organizations are tax exempt, so InviteRight allows you to track exemption numbers to comply with certain legal requirements.
Convenience Fee
You can optionally pass on to your guests the InviteRight fees, or separate out a fee that is not included in the regular registration price. It can be a percentage of the total cost or a flat dollar fee. It's a great way to allow you guests to choose to pay online, without negatively impacting your event budget so you can offer ticketing services like larger events, without the large price.
Create Custom Reports
There are lots of things you want to track and share, And you need to share different information with different people. Inviteright allows you to create custom reports that can be
exported to your favorite word processing program or spreadsheet program, like Microsoft Excel. Save your fingers and avoid retyping onsite guest lists, table lists, nametag lists,
team lists, any list you can think of, you can report on it!
We also summarize information for you so you can get a quick snapshot of RSVP's, registrations or ticket sales. And if you want to search or sort information, no problem!
Summaries and Searching
Key metrics are summarized automatically, including response categories, promotional codes, payments, sessions, items that guests will bring. Guest numbers are totaled, and click on any summary to filter the registration detail. For example, click on the vip table summary to see all the guests that bought tables.

Membership Management
Membership management is ongoing. You can add members during the events, update fees they owe or waive any outstanding charges as your event happens. Detailed Payment Tracking
With InviteRight you know where your cash is. A detailed payment summary breaks down your fees, charges, refunds and guests. If you have exceptions like a 1 time guest or sponsor deal, you can override prices and calculate your own fees. Or record complimentary tickets too.
For those guests that pay by invoice, you can send payment reminders and followups with a couple of clicks.
Security
Guest details are only seen by you and not shared with anyone else. This ensures that information is secure and email addresses are safe from junk mail.
We also use the same security and encryption that banks do with site certification (https) for all data and screens. And we don't store any credit card information on our site. We work with secure payment gateways like Chase Paymentech, Beanstream, and Skipjack.
Multi User Capability
Have a bunch of people who manage registrations? No problem! One organizer can create events for others. Reports can be shared too. And if you have a graphic designer on staff, they can create graphics and share them with one or all organizers - great for ensuring consistent branding standards!
And adding new organizers is a breeze - you can do it yourself, or share a party invite and alllow guests to signup themselves.
Invitations for your Organization
Are you a sports franchise, recreation park, mini-golf course or ski hill? Offer an invitation system to your guests. You can have a URL (eg. your_organization.inviteright.com) so that people are focused on your name first.
And the look and feel can match your brand. Graphics can be personalized along with font styles and template categories.
