If volunteers don't have email, invite them by phone, or print and send the invitation via fax or mail.

Volunteers RSVP

With one click, volunteers respond and add contact information. Then, they can register a group of volunteers with individual details captured for each participant, such as availability, t-shirt size and applicable skills.

Confirmation Emailed to Volunteers

Each volunteer receives an email confirmation with all the event details, a map and a calendar reminder to add to their Outlook, Google Calendar or other calendar software.

and you manage the volunteer list

As volunteers respond, the list manager summarizes the responses and emails you notifications.

You can add responses for phone-in RSVPs, search, sort and filter the volunteer list, and download your responses into Word, Excel, and other programs for attendance lists and nametags.

Remind Volunteers
and notify them of important events

Remind volunteers to ensure they dress right or to send their payment, improving your cash flow.

You can notify volunteers to update registration details with their companion, team or table information so you can offer premium service to every volunteer.
