Why is there a charge from EventIQ™?

You have likely registered or bought tickets for an event being hosted by one of our customers using Inviteright.com. Event types are typically conferences, graduations, lunches, galas, fundraisers and golf tournaments. Or you may have purchased use of our software: Inviteright.com, Electionbuddy.com, ContactCentral or PlanRight.

Doesn't sound familiar?

Please check with your spouse or co-worker. They might have attended an event, graduation, golf tournament or conference recently. In the majority of cases, this is why the charge occurs. If you still aren't sure, contact us and we can look up the charge for you!

Can we get a receipt for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send a receipt to the email address you (or your spouse/co-worker) provided when you/they signed up.

Can we get a refund?

All refunds are goverened by the refund policy of the individual event the ticket was purchased for.
